← Bindflow
90-day lighthouse pilot

What yes looks like.

Bindflow is a solo-founder project looking for its first 10 pilot agencies. The pilot structure below is what I’m committing to with the first cohort — concierge onboarding, founder-level access, and a 90-day money-back guarantee if the numbers don’t move.

How it’s structured

A flat three-month engagement, priced at $4,500 for the pilot (covers everything below). If it works, you convert to the standard Agency plan at $1,800/mo. If it doesn’t, we refund the full $4,500 and you keep the data.

DAY 0
Baseline

We instrument your current process. Time-per-submission, quote-to-bind ratio, per-carrier response time. No guesswork — we use your actual submission logs from Epic / AMS360 / HawkSoft.

DAYS 1-14
Onboarding

We import your book, your historical submissions, your wholesale relationships, and your class-of-business preferences. We train the appetite model on your declination history. Your CSRs start sending real submissions through Bindflow.

DAYS 15-90
Proof

We run alongside your current process. You ship submissions through Bindflow for every new account that fits. On Day 90 we produce a report showing the time and quote-to-bind delta against baseline. You decide whether to convert.

What we measure

Four numbers, agreed at Day 0, reported at Day 90:

What we ask of you

What we do

The guarantee

If at Day 90 you don’t see at minimum a 3× reduction in submission time and a measurable lift in quote-to-bind, we refund the pilot in full. No clawback on data you collected. No lawyers. Wire back within 7 business days.

How to apply

Reply to the email I sent you, or email tom@bindflow.co. Tell me the approximate number of commercial producers at your shop, your AMS, and one class of business where submissions are eating the most time. I’ll come back with a proposed Day 0 date within 24 hours.

Or if you’d rather see it before you say yes: try the live demo with a sample ACORD.

Pre-launch. 10 first-pilot slots. If we’re a fit, we’ll know in one call.
